I took a long break from my blog because of finals and now it’s finally over. I haven’t been baking as much because of the projects, but I still baked whenever I had the time to; plus it’s the perfect stress-reliever for me.
I made those muffins a while ago for a picnic that I had with my friends. I made this recipe up myself; although it tasted alright, I wasn’t too happy with the result, so I’ll keep working with the recipe until I’m satisfied.
The texture of the muffins was too tough in my opinion, almost too bread-like. The streusel topping, however, tasted amazing and added a nice crunch to the muffins.
